Day 3 focused on bringing harvesting into practice and application. After two days of sensing, listening, and experimenting together, participants began exploring how harvesting could live within their own work, communities, and everyday conversations.
Through Diamond Level 2, PLUME, and the layers of harvesting, the group deepened their understanding of harvesting as more than documentation. Harvesting became a way of supporting participation, collective learning, memory, and meaning-making.
The Knowledge Café opened space for participants to host conversations around real questions, ideas, and applications. Through dialogue, frameworks, mindmapping, and self-organized conversations, the learning gradually shifted from theory into lived practice.
In the afternoon, Meta Harvest gathered the traces of the three-day journey: sketches, reflections, stories, patterns, and collective insights emerging across the space. During the Gallery Walk, participants quietly moved through the harvests, witnessing not only what had been created, but also how the group itself had evolved.
By the end of Day 3, harvesting no longer felt like a separate role or technique.
It has become a way of paying attention, learning together, and helping meaningful conversations continue beyond the moment itself.
