Testimonials
The AOH journey is an invitation to learn together to host. It starts with recognition that I am hosting myself…the intent is practice bring awareness and intention to hosting and to discover what emerges. The practice is more about learning to learn than being perfect, yet that intent allows the perfection of experience to emerge.

Mansi Jasuja
Mansi walks as a warrior of the heart, weaving her Sikh heritage, eco-feminist values and environmental and design artistry into participatory spaces that reclaim wholeness. From practicing architecture in Delhi to designing and hosting meaningful conversations globally, now based in The Hague, she moves with ease between boardrooms and circles, policy and poetry, science and spirit. She has worked within complex institutions – including the United Nations, European Union, international NGOs, business and academia – listening deeply and turning awareness into movement and possibility. An environmentalist since the age of four, a visceral sense of climate urgency in 2008 led her to unlearn, relearn and reimagine how change happens. For almost 20 years, Mansi has supported leaders, teams and communities to slow down, see the whole and take wiser collective steps. Through participatory leadership, systems thinking and emergent design, she helps build trust, bridge divides and turn difficult conversations into shared direction – bringing humour, colour and generous energy to every space she holds and stewards. Mansi is co-stewarding the Dutch & Indian field of Art of Participatory Leadership.

Nam Taro
Nam has always been drawn to the power of conversations that open up possibilities for change, from the small conversations that begin at random corners of any rooms where people CARE enough to sit through joy as much as grief together. Nam has been an active practitioner, advocate and trainer for The Circle Way process in Vietnam through his co-founded organization, Tròn Lành Network. Being a certified master practitioner at The Centre for Holding Space, Nam is passionate about cultivating the interior essence of hosting and harvesting: How does listening deeply to ourselves extend our capacity to listen and relate generatively across our many divides? Being immersed in the Art of Hosting and Harvesting field in Vietnam for the past 8 years brought Nam great interest in the intersection of community building, alternative adult education and collective arts-making for social change.

Glen Ho
Glen works at the intersection of people, organizations, and transformation. His path started in HR, where years of hands-on experience — recruitment, talent development, employee relations, organizational culture — built a grounded understanding of how people actually navigate change, not just how policies say they should. Alongside this, a long-standing personal interest in cognitive neuroscience and organizational psychology has shaped how he reads group dynamics and decision-making.
That grounding led him into facilitation. As a practitioner in Art of Hosting, , he also certified as a facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, in&out of Box, he hosts and designs spaces where teams can surface what’s usually left unsaid — assumptions, tensions, competing needs — and move from there into shared understanding and action.
More recently, Glen has extended this practice into digital and AI transformation — applying the same hosting instincts to help organizations bring new technology into their core work without losing the human systems that make change stick.
For Glen, hosting is not a technique reserved for workshops. It’s a way of holding complexity — whether in a circle of people or in a system undergoing transformation — so that what needs to emerge, can.

Iris
Iris is curious about what makes collaboration possible – especially when capable people see things differently. After nearly a decade in strategic communications across agency, startup, and cross-sector settings, she became fascinated by the moments when people move beyond defending their own perspectives and begin asking together, “What if…?”
In 2025, Iris began a gap-year experiment around meaningful work, which led her deeper into facilitation, participatory leadership, team learning, and visual harvesting. She is a certified Create Meaningful Work® facilitator and Art of Hosting practitioner, and is currently training as a WIAL® Action Learning Coach.
Today, she explores how shared purpose, trust, ownership, and thoughtful spaces can help people discover new possibilities together.

Anita
Anita Chen is the Co-Founder of Innogreat Co., Ltd. and a Certified B❒X Facilitator.
Her work focuses on creating spaces for meaningful conversation, positive change, and new possibilities. She draws on a range of facilitation approaches, including Open Space Technology, World Café, Dialogue, and Appreciative Inquiry, helping individuals and groups explore challenges from different perspectives and discover what might be possible.
Anita believes deeply in the power of conversation to create change. With warmth, curiosity, and a focus on what is working and what could be, she helps people open up, connect, and move toward positive change together.

Jerry (資堯) Lin
Jerry is a facilitator and anthropologist growing participatory leadership in organizations. He helps people grow their capacity to learn together, surface blind spots, and turn transformation into everyday practice. He taught at the University of Lille, growing beginners’ ability to already have conversations that matter to them – in Mandarin Chinese!
