Preparing the Ground

Before we invited others into the space, we first gathered ourselves.
For two days, the Host Team and Organizing Team came together to prepare for Art of Harvesting Taiwan 2026. We designed the flow, tested ideas, moved furniture, adjusted details, and followed questions that were still unfolding.
What emerged was more than a program. As we worked, reflected, ate, laughed, questioned, and learned together, we were cultivating the relationships and trust that would support the days ahead.
Looking back, these preparation days were not separate from the training. They were part of the harvest.
