A group of dedicated people with an international background is the driving force behind Art of Hosting Taiwan in collaboration with CP Yen Foundation. Together we create a container for the 4-day learning journey where we welcome participants of all ages and backgrounds. You can read more about each team member below.

“We got tired of dreaming big and living small, so we decided to go for it and live our dream!”

Yurie is a seasoned Art of Hosting practitioner with over 10 years of experience, and has been nurturing the field and its community in Japan. She collaborates with organizations dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, equity, and sustainability.

Leveraging her expertise in dialogue and participatory leadership, Yurie is also the founder of Spaceship Earthship Mission! projects to engage school kids, students and local people to learn sustainability with dialogue practice and foster community of practice based on the learning based on Master in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability and Art of Hosting practice.

Trang Nguyễn

Trang Nguyen studied Software Engineering and Sustainability Leadership and has worked in diverse sectors including technology, marketing, education, human rights and organisational development.

She has 5 years of experience working with factory owners, managers and workers in Vietnam, co-creating space for collaboration and dialogue in their work processes, where people can feel safe to trust, prototype and make meaningful decisions on behalf of the whole. She also works with other international organisations and corporations in Vietnam who want to incorporate co-creation and self-organisation in their structures. Her focus has been on how to nurture community wellbeing and self-organization in workplaces.

Most recently, Trang started building a living community on a mountain land in Vietnam with her friends, creating the systemic changes she wishes to see, and inviting new learnings that allow her to serve at the intersection of corporates and community.

Narayan Silva

Narayan Silva is a global citizen who has spent the last 20 years living and working across different countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas. He holds a MSc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, and is guided by his passion to support people and organizations who want to realize their potential for creating positive impact. He experienced his first Art of Hosting training in 2013 in Sweden, which had a great impact in his life.

Since then he has dedicated his work to this field of practice, which has allowed him to host collaborative processes for numerous organizations around the world from all sectors. He is based in Shanghai since 2018, working for the sustainability consulting agency CONSTELLATIONS International, supporting the collaborative efforts of European multinationals with ambitious sustainability goals, Sino-European governmental partnerships and public institutions.

Sara Huang 黃詩惠

At the core of Sara’s work lies a belief in the power of collaborative, embodied, and trusting environments to make the invisible visible and the unspoken heard. She is a heart-based consultant and human-centered facilitator with nearly two decades of experience in the field and proven track record of success in facilitating change within government organizations, grassroots movements, and corporations.

She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, certification in Power Intelligence combined with being a diplomate in Processwork (the highest level in Process Oriented Psychology). Sara specializes in crafting transformative spaces that foster connection and collaboration. Using generative conflict to drive progress.

Sara draws from various disciplines, including Deep Democracy, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, Theory U, visual facilitation, and the experience she gains from every engagement she facilitates.

Ngọc Hường (Ellie)

Ellie grows up in a neighborhood where people not only know each other, but also their neighbors’ parents, children, even the in-laws. The relationship, support and communication inspire her to work in fields where she can nurture those elements. When she encountered AoH in 2016, she found the mindset and the practices that help her become a better person, a better contributor to the work and to her community.

She is bringing these practices to teams and organizations through her work in the WE program and Đom đóm lab. She is also a flow game host, a ukulele practitioner and a mother of a 1-year-old and 12 stuffed animals.

Hema Wu 吳亞彜

Hema is an eco-community educator and facilitator who is dedicated to fostering conscious communities through holistic design thinking. Certified as an Ecovillage Design Education trainer, she has extensive experience in various personal and community transformative processes.

Hema’s work promotes balanced inner and outer growth and development while integrating ecological, social, and economic aspects of the world. Additionally, she guides and inspires others to connect with themselves, others and their surroundings. She facilitates Non-violent communication and Dragon Dreaming workshops, and is the founder of the Whole Earth Academy and co-founder of Forest and Friends. She is dreaming to establish a school to further explore deep relations with people and the earth, and co-living as a community member of a regenerative intentional community.

Eric Tseng 曾士民

Eric is an accomplished IBM professional with 25 years of experience, 15 in management, excels in leadership and communication. As an IBM GCG Manager Eminence Award recipient, he successfully led six departments during his tenure. Since 2015 Eric has focused on facilitation and leadership development, integrating various theories and practices to support clients in achieving business goals.

With a passion for employee development, Eric has designed and facilitated numerous workshops for IBM leaders across Asia, including the Manager Development Program and High Potential Development Program. He has also collaborated with business unit leaders on workshops to improve customer satisfaction.

In the past two years, Eric has facilitated over 100+ workshops in Taiwanese schools, assisting educators in transforming classrooms through facilitation approaches. He also facilitates strategic meetings for government and non-profit organizations. Eric’s dedication to personal growth through reading, yoga, and meditation is matched by his commitment to fostering positive change in Taiwan through facilitation.

Jorie Wu 吳咨杏

Jorie is the executive director of the CP Yen Foundation and a highly respected leader and facilitator. With a passion for fostering dialogue to drive positive change, Jorie’s work has led to the establishment of the Dialogue Impact Award in 2019. Under her leadership, the foundation received the Facilitation Impact Award-Gold in 2016.

Jorie’s commitment to promoting facilitation has driven her to translate and edit key publications, raising awareness across Asia. She serves on multiple boards and has held leadership roles in the Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Toastmasters International in Taiwan. Jorie’s expertise and dedication to social change continue to make a significant impact.
