ABOUT ART OF HOSTING 2025
What to expect when joining the Art of Hosting Training this year?
2025 Art of Hosting Taiwan will bring together people from business, education, and NGOs to create a shared learning space across different fields. Five experienced international teachers (Stewards and Hosts) will guide the training. Through hands-on dialogue practice, participants will experience the spirit of Art of Hosting and learn useful methods to support teamwork and community collaboration.
The course will be mainly taught in English, with Chinese translation provided. You can speak in the language you feel comfortable with during group discussions.

How will we learn and practice together?
This training is an opportunity to step into participatory leadership. We will work on the edge of ‘praxis’ – the process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted, embodied, or realized through direct application.
Participants will be invited to co-host processes with the support of the Hosting Team. Everyone is free to choose where to step in as a practicing host, a harvester, a participant or an observer.
Joining the Art of Hosting, you will also become part of a global community that practices, steward and co-create these evolving methodologies and philosophies. You can read more about the global Art of Hosting.
We’re dreaming of localized trainings with on-site interpreters and translated materials in the future. AoH Chinese-speaking communities are a dream we’d like to see come true, so we’re inviting more curious souls to join this endeavour! Participating this time also means that you are joining the organizing and the host team in a new experiment, a new step forward for the local Art of Hosting community.
