What is Art of Hosting training?

Art of Hosting (AoH) is 3~4 day residential training that offers simple and powerful participatory practices, patterns and processes to harness the collective wisdom and self-organizing capacity of groups of any size.

The past trainings have been contributing to a growing community of practitioners in Vietnam and Asian-Pacific countries including China, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, India and Australia.

We have welcomed facilitators, trainers, managers, teachers, gardeners, entrepreneurs, coaches, therapists, writers, parents, artists, community organizers and anyone who deeply cares about the power of meaningful conversations for deeper connection and effective decision making.

How is the training helpful?

Ever felt lost in a sea of:

  • Meetings that echo with emptiness?
  • Choices made without hearing all whispers in the wind?
  • NGOs navigating without a clear guiding star?
  • Learning environments devoid of authentic exchange?
  • Communities yearning for dialogue in a valley of silence?
  • Conferences where voices fade into the background?
  • Teams drifting apart like distant islands?
  • Ideas trapped in isolated silos?

If you’re seeking a more creative journey towards authenticity and connection, the Art of Hosting training is your companion. Designed for diverse sectors like private, public, NGOs, and community work, the program fosters dynamic learning spaces where deep listening, connection, and growth flourish.
